How can I return a product?

How long do your Gloves last?
The longevity of your gloves will depend on several factors. The first of which is the amount you use your gloves. The more you use them, the faster they will decay. The second is the surfaces you’re playing on. Particular surfaces will have a greater impact on how long your gloves last. It is important to note that latex (used on our gloves) is a natural material that degrades over time. In order to enhance how long your gloves last, check out our Glove Care page.
How many Gloves do goalkeeper go through in a season?
A professional goalkeeper may go through as many as 30 pairs of goalkeeper gloves a season. In general, this will depend on the amount you use them and the surfaces they’re used on. The average keeper will require around 5 pairs a season however some may double or even triple that number depending on the variables in play.
What size gloves do you offer?
The gloves we provide are Standard Industry size. Some variances may occur with respect to Palm cut. However, we have thoroughly tested each product to make sure that all sizes are true to Industry size. For more information on sizing please see our sizing page HERE.
Do you offer refunds?
If your gloves have been damaged upon delivery we can provide you with a full refund or replacement. Contact our team directly through our Contact Us page and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Refunds are also available up to 30 days after delivery, assuming the product in question has not been used.
Do you offer sponsorships?
As much as we would like to support everyone we can, providing sponsorships for every team is unfortunately not a realistic option. We contact all teams and goalkeepers directly if we would like to consider a sponsorship.
Are the gloves I purchase the same quality as those used by Professional Keepers?
Yes! Our team are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality gloves. Each of our gloves has been designed to perform at the highest level and can be used at any level of the sport. We make use of only the best materials to guarantee optimal performance, ensuring you can produce the best results in every game.
How do I become a distributor of Saviour GK?

Full payment is due upon completion of order. If payment is not received or your chosen payment method is declined the order will not be placed and the buyer forfeits all ownership of items until the payment is accepted. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as Paypal as a form of payment.
The full price of shipping will be paid in full by the buyer upon payment of the product(s). Should an item be lost during the shipping process, the full cost of the item and shipping will be refunded by the buyer to the seller. Shipping costs are variable based on international deliveries and first glass delivery. Offer for Free Shipping in the U.K does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the U.K. Additional shipping fees may be charged for orders outside of the U.K. Should an item become damaged during delivery, the seller is not responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

A refund can be requested up to 30 days upon the date of purchase. To complete the refund, the buyer must contact the seller directly at email@example.com or through their personalised customer account page. Not all products are returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise are not the responsibility of the buyer.

An order can be cancelled up until the payment itself has been processed. Once the payment has been made by the buyer, they are fully responsible for the payment which must be made in full for delivery to proceed. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.
